The Conference for Pastoral Planning and Council Development (CPPCD) promotes and advocates consultative processes that foster effective planning for the pastoral life of the Church. CPPCD has opened its search for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead and administer the organization whose national office would relocate to wherever the Executive Director resides.Qualifications:  Dedication to pastoral planning, pastoral research and pastoral consultation, with experience in one or more of these fields required; demonstrated strategic planning, marketing, public speaking, fiscal management, and public relations skills; ability to work with a volunteer Board of Directors and committees, as well as other national organizations and church-related groups; experience in fund-raising and a familiarity with fund development; experience in managing/administering a membership organization, including event management, preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Access, FrontPage) and QuickBooks a plus; Master's degree or equivalent in a related field; nationwide travel required.  Applicants must be Roman Catholic, in good standing, and have a clear understanding of parish and diocesan structures.The Board of Directors has issued a description of the hiring process.  Please send letter of interest and resume by July 4, 2005 to: CPPCD Search Committee, c/o Sr. Joyce Lehman, CPPS; P.O.
