Parish strategic planning should be a shared learning process for achieving parish goals. This demo program by Rev. Francis Kelly Scheets, OSC, is designed for projection onto a large screen. This facilitates inter-active discussion among parish staff, council, commissions, to aid in shared learning and understanding about those aspects of planning and goal setting can be managed and why decisions must be managed.
